- Able to work rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays
6 working days (5 working days followed by 1 rest day)

As a Project Manager (A&A), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing A&A and asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) across our retail and industrial properties. You will work closely with internal teams, tenants, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan, manage, and execute A&A projects for our retail malls and B1 industrial spaces, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and operations.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Leasing, Operation, and Finance teams) to develop project scopes and budgets.
- Liaise with authorities (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, etc.) to obtain required permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee contractor selection, tender processes, and contract administration.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot project challenges, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Drive sustainability and innovation initiatives in our property enhancement projects.
- Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in A&A project management within retail malls and/or B1 spaces.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework (BCA, URA, SCDF, etc.).
- Experience managing landlord-driven A&A and AEI projects, ensuring alignment with business and leasing strategies.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including tenants, authorities, and consultants.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage external and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools is a plus.
