Grantral Mall @ Macpherson / Grantral Complex is located at 601 MacPherson Road, 368242 Singapore, next to Tai Seng MRT Station in Tai Seng/ Upp Paya Lebar area, is the transformation of former Citimac Industrial Complex. The opposite is the distribution center of furniture design company and home building adornment material center namely. Tai Seng area has been transformed into another work place with increasing numbers of corporate building being built in the recent years. Many of the company like ‘nansan Group’ , ‘Bread Talk Group’ has moved their headquarters to this area and the total workforce in this area is approximately 20,000. With the approximately 28,000 population in Macpherson estate and 11,000 new household in Bidadari New Town nearby, Tai Seng area is increasingly more robust in the recent years.

With the Asset Enhancement Initiative, upon completion of the AEI, this building shall be a new destination for working personnel & their family within vicinity and the neighbourhood nearby, namely Macpherson estate and new Bidadari estate. With it convenient transportation, complete facilities, and a growing customer base and footprints. The whole area will look very different, making our property the very first to benefit from the change in a good way.

MacPherson’s Grantral Mall is a complex of shopping, leisure, dining, education, entertainment and design. The first and second floors have a gross floor area of nearly 140,000 square feet.

The first floor in total over 70,000 square feet will house a quality restaurant and a selection of food centre for around 45,000 square feet, as well as around 16,000 square feet of retail space and KTV facilities with over 4,000 square feet.

Due to the increasing importance of health care in recent years, we will also provide 9,362 square feet of space on the ground floor for medical related industries to assure the health of surrounding residents.

The second & third floor of Grantral Mall will have the largest private nursery/kindergarten, about 30,000 square feet, in addition to more than 20,000 square feet of enrichment school and other amenities to meet the diverse needs of families with children.

The second floor of Grantral Mall is also equipped with over 10,000 square feet of supermarkets, over 10,000 square feet of lifestyle/fitness space.

Last but not the least, in order to meet the needs of the family, we are trying to gather and create an interior design centre to make the MacPherson Grantral complex their designated place to visit. It is located on the upper floors of the Grantral complex building from the 3rd floor to the 8th floor. For post- work hours and weekends, this will be a great design, as families can visit their designers in this unique creative centre while doing grocery shopping and dining under one roof, with more than 200 parking Spaces available.
